Path2 Hydrogen is focused on advancing the hydrogen infrastructure economy. Path2 Hydrogen is publicly-traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA: PTHH.DE). In early 2025, Path2 Hydrogen completed the acquisition of GenH2 Corp., a leader in liquid hydrogen technology and equipment. GenH2 specializes in the liquefaction, transfer and storage of hydrogen and is known for its Zero-Loss Controlled Storage technology.

CEO
Josh McMorrow serves as the CEO of Path2 Hydrogen AG (FRA:PTHH), a publicly traded company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and as Executive Chairman of GenH2. Josh is a seasoned executive of public and private global companies in industries including hydrogen, industrial gases, energy storage, specialty chemicals and energy production. Josh has led teams on six continents and brings a unique mix of business and legal acumen to bear. Josh guided the $5 billion IPO of Atotech on the NYSE in 2021 as well as the company’s subsequent strategic sale to MKS Instruments in 2022.
With Philomaxcap’s acquisition of GenH2 in 2025, the companies are focused on creating a leading pure-play hydrogen public company with essential technology to liquefy, transfer, store, and dispense liquid hydrogen. Zero Loss – Maximum Impact.
Josh has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Trinity University and holds a J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.

Belinda has enjoyed a successful and wide-ranging career in financial services, which has evolved into a more advisory and strategic role, particularly with early-stage companies, including a focus on the emerging low-cost hydrogen and energy arena.
Having started her career at Coopers and Lybrand, Belinda moved to Merrill Lynch and subsequently to HSBC, initially specialising in advising major institutional clients on listed derivatives and futures strategies. She then worked on HSBC’s UK Equity Sales Desk, straddling both UK Derivatives and UK Equities, offering integrated strategies and solutions. She eventually set up and ran the Pan-European Equities Sales Desk, focusing on US Institutional Fund Managers.
From HSBC she joined Deutsche Bank to offer Pan-European Equity trading ideas predominantly to Hedge Funds and other Institutional Investors, building an extensive European client base. Belinda then transitioned into Private Equity, advising for and on early-stage companies.
In 2021 she became an advisor and then a non-executive director of ProtonH2, a Canadian company producing clean, low-cost hydrogen from hydrocarbon reserves, as well as oil. In July 2023, Belinda was appointed to the sub-committee Board of Independent Directors to take over running the business, resulting in the successful sale of the company.
Belinda speaks fluent French and Spanish, and, when she is not working, she enjoys current affairs, music, charitable works, and exercise.

Dr. Markus Wiendieck has been serving as the Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board of Path2Hydrogen AG since 2021.
With an international career spanning more than three decades Dr. Wiendieck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as entrepreneur, investor, investment banker specializing in M&A and corporate development officer. He has worked across various industries and jurisdictions.
Currently Dr. Wiendieck invests in both public and private markets through a small family office and serves as an active shareholder and advisor to early-stage companies. In 2010 he founded a Munich-based geothermal development company, which he led as CEO until the business was sold in 2020. Prior to this he held senior positions in London and New York at leading international financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Cantor Fitzgerald and Swiss Re.
Dr. Wiendieck holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) in finance from the University of Cologne. He also completed a scholarship MBA program at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris, and earned a graduate degree in economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) at the University of Cologne.
Dr. Wiendieck is a German national and lives with his family in Munich. He speaks German, English and French.

Sarah “Sally” Simkiss is an executive with a distinguished career in the technology and data center industries. As the Co-Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of OpenColo and Energy Group Networks (EGIHosting), Sally demonstrated strategic leadership in building and scaling innovative data center and hosting solutions, helping drive OpenColo to become a boutique data center provider in Silicon Valley. OpenColo offers colocation, hosting, and cloud services tailored to diverse client needs, from small streaming customers to large enterprise corporations with an emphasis on flexibility, reliability, and customer-centric service. With over two decades of experience, Sally has overseen the design and operation of a state-of-the-art, 71,000-square-foot data center, implementing innovative power and cooling solutions and achieving SOC 2 Type 1 compliance.
Sally also currently serves on the board of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives, a prominent Pennsylvania-based conservative and libertarian think tank. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at Trinity College in Hartford CT and resides with her husband John in New Orleans and outside Philadelphia.

Marc Provencher is a seasoned business executive and investor with a career spanning finance, insurance, and private investment. Marc has a proven track record in identifying, acquiring, and managing small to medium-sized enterprises across various sectors. He is a strategic leader with deep experience in operational oversight, value creation, and long-term business growth. Marc is currently serving as President of Circle P Investors, a family-owned investment firm.
Marc holds a Business Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire.
